Staff, place, atmosphere just out of this world. This was our second year at this hotel and it was just as brilliant as the first.The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a lovely garden with a fantastic view over the cliff tops to the sea. The food was wonderful with a very varied menu. We have booked again for next year which says it all.
From the moment we arrived at Keats Green Hotel in Shanklin, we received a warm friendly welcome followed by a guided tour of the public rooms and advised meal times. The bedrooms were comfortable will all the necessary facilities - tea/coffee, hairdryer, tv etc. The meals were good quality, good choices and nicely presented with very friendly staff. All the public rooms overlooked the sea which was great for cooler days. The location of the hotel was great. Excellent value for money and the standard warranted a rating of at least FOUR STAR. What more can I say - FAB-U-LOUS!
Have just returned from a wonderful few days on the IOW, greatly enhanced by staying at the Keats Green Hotel. Food was excellent in choice,quantity and quality. All the staff - reception, house, bar, restaurant, were professional and customer orientated. Accomodation was good, comfortable plus.
We have just returned from a short breakin Shanklin, Isle of Wight. The staff are wonderful- nothing is too much trouble. We met many people who had visited before and now we know why! Shanklin is lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect. We would love to visit again.
Tranquil surroundings and friendly staff
I found this hotel to be the ideal place to relax and also to explore Shanklin's coast line. it was November, so it was also a pleasure to return to this hotel's warm and friendly atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending Keats Green Hotel to any visitors to the Isle of Wight.
