Isle of Wight Activities

Keats Green Hotel is set in the midst of an area full of breathtaking scenery and natural beauty. The famous Shanklin Chine, almost on our doorstep, is a must see for visitors. Take a step back in time to Shanklin's old village, charming and picturesque in the warm light of day, and nostalgic in the illuminated glow of evening. Walking is a favourite pastime on the Isle of Wight, be it a gentle meander along the undulating cliff path or an energetic hike along the coastal path to sample the delights of Devil's Chimney at nearby Bonchurch.

Shanklin's blue flag, clean sandy beach is only minutes away from the hotel and there is a lift avaialble for those with mobility difficulties (operates seasonally). The shops and entertainment in the town are only a short flat walk away as are the beautiful Rylstone Gardens, a favourite spot for homemade cakes and delicious ice creams.
