INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY PACKAGE For your convenience we are offering a holiday package which includes 7 nights half board and return car ferry from your chosen port of departure for a car and minimum of 2 persons travelling. Shorter packages are available. These terms include VAT at 17½ %, bed and breakfast, with an evening meal, in a en-suite room with colour TV, teasmade, telephone and hairdryer. Should the VAT rate alter, we reserve the right to increase these charges We regret that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the period booked. All bedrooms and public rooms are designated non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided in the garden and we have just completed a new outside covered smoking area in case of inclement weather. Small, well behaved dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement. Dogs are not allowed in any of the public rooms.

Booking

Booking is easy. Simply telephone the hotel to discuss your individual requirements. Then you may quote your Mastercard, Visa or Debit Card number to secure the reservation or send us your cheque deposit in the post. Please note: Credit Cards carry a 2.5% handling charge, this does not apply to Debit Cards.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person will be required to secure your reservation. Accommodation is offered subject to being available on receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid misunderstanding we would remind you that a reservation constitues a legal contract. In the event of cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither succeed then the person making the reservation is liable as per our following cancellation charges:

• 56 or more days prior to arrival       Deposit only
• 55 to 28 days prior                        35%
• 27 to 14 days prior                        55%
• 13 to 7 days prior                          65%
• 6 to 1 days prior                            80%
• Day of arrival                                100%

Insurance

When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, you will be liable for cancellation charges. For security and peace of mind, we would like to recommend the UK Holidayplan Insurance Scheme. A proposal form will be included with your  booking confirmation letter.

Lift

We have a lift to all floors. All the public rooms and many of our bedrooms are level access.

Guests

Many of our guests have invited friends and family to join them for an evening meal at Keats Green and all are most welcome by arrangement.

Dress Code

Dining is a special occasion whilst on holiday so we would ask, therefore, that in the evening gentlemen wear smart casual dress - we do not permit shorts.

Dogs

We are aware that dogs are important family members and small well behaved dogs are allowed in certain rooms at a charge of £7.00 per day. Dogs are not permitted on the bedroom furniture or in the public rooms, with the exception of guide dogs. We do ask that their own beds, food and bowls, etc. be brought to ensure greater security and comfort. A charge will be made for any damage or additional cleaning caused by your dog.

Check-In

Guests may arrive at any time but the rooms are not guaranteed to be ready before 2.30pm. Vacation of the rooms must be by 10.30am. Guests are welcome to stay in the hotel after the rooms have been vacated and continue to use the facilities.
