Booking is easy. Simply telephone the hotel to discuss your individual requirements. Then you may quote your Mastercard, Visa or Debit Card number to secure the reservation or send us your cheque deposit in the post. Please note: Credit Cards carry a 2.5% handling charge, this does not apply to Debit Cards.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person will be required to secure your reservation. Accommodation is offered subject to being available on receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid misunderstanding we would remind you that a reservation constitues a legal contract. In the event of cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither succeed then the person making the reservation is liable as per our following cancellation charges:

Insurance
When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, you will be liable for cancellation charges. For security and peace of mind, we would like to recommend the Guest First Holiday Insurance Scheme. A proposal form should be included with your booking confirmation letter.
