Hotel Information

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In from 2.30pm onwards (guests are welcome to arrive before this but rooms may not be ready).
Check-Out by 10.30am on the day of departure (guests are welcome to stay in the hotel once the room has been vacated).

Lift

We have a lift to all floors. All the public rooms and many of our bedrooms are level access although a number of rooms will require the use of a few stairs. Please enquire at the time of booking if level access to rooms is a requirement.

Accommodation & Room Accounts

On arrival, Keats Green Hotel will open a Room Account for you (you will be required to sign when using this facility). Accommodation and Room Accounts must be settled upon departure.

Meals and Occupation

We regret that no allowance will be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the period booked. Evening meals are served from 6.30pm to 8.00pm and breakfast is served from 8.00am to 9.30am.

Dress Code

Dining is a special occasion whilst on holiday so we would ask, therefore, that in the evening gentlemen wear smart casual dress - we do not permit shorts.

Guests

Many of our guests have invited friends and family to join them for an evening meal at Keats Green and all are most welcome by arrangement.

Smoking Policy

Since the introduction of new Government legislation, the hotel is now completely non-smoking. Please be aware that all of our bedrooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided in the garden, and guests are welcome to use the hotel's outside heated smoking shelter in the event of inclement weather.

Swimming Pool

The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from May through to the end of September. It is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm daily. The pool is for hotel guests only. There is no lifeguard and the hotel will not accept responsibility for injury or loss of life. The rules on pool safety must be adhered to. We regret that no allowance will be made should the pool have to be closed for routine or essential maintenance or for any unforeseen reason.

Hotel Property

Keats Green Hotel prides itself on maintaining high cleanliness and appearance standards throughout. Any loss or damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Dogs

We are aware that dogs are important family members and small well behaved dogs are allowed in certain rooms at a charge of £7.00 per day. Dogs are not permitted on the bedroom furniture or in the public rooms, with the exception of guide dogs. We do ask that their own beds, food and bowls, etc. be brought to ensure greater security and comfort. A charge will be made for any damage or additional cleaning caused by your dog.
